Hi, my name is Dr. Lorraine Zwingel. I’ve spent over 18 years working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults, and it’s work I genuinely love. The teen and young adult years can be confusing, intense, and full of pressure, and I believe young people deserve a space where they can show up exactly as they are without feeling judged.
It’s common for teens and young adults to feel unsure or resistant about therapy, and for parents to feel uncertain about the right next step. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy can start with simply showing up, asking questions, and seeing if it feels like a good fit. I invite you to reach out today!

Let's Talk
The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
